Sit\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s my\u00f6s sepelvaltimotaudin ja aivoverenkiertoh\u00e4iri\u00f6iden (TIA) hoitoon.<\/p><p>Klopidogreelist\u00e4 ei kuitenkaan ole hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 kaikille. Klopidogreeli muuttuu elimist\u00f6ss\u00e4 vaikuttavaksi aineeksi CYP2C19-entsyymin v\u00e4lityksell\u00e4. Joka kolmannella suomalaisella on kuitenkin pienentynyt tai osittain pienentynyt CYP2C19-metabolia, mik\u00e4 tarkoittaa, ett\u00e4 heill\u00e4 klopidogreelia muuttuu vaikuttavaan muotoonsa normaalia v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n tai ei lainkaan<a href=\"#referenssit\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>.
